Our office is situated in Puebla Lucia in the center of Fuengirola, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Our goal is to inform and help our clients during their search for the ideal holiday home, permanent residence or other investments. Whether you wish to be near the coast or more inland, we will show you the best properties in your budget of preference!
Once you have come to a decision, we will guide you through the purchase procedures and introduce you to the best lawyers, banks and accountants, if you wish so. Our after-sales-services are just great, we must admit. We will be there for you long after you have moved in. We will be there for you when needed!
Our team exists out of five members: Elly, Marc, Christine, José and Jouni. We are happy to assist you in various languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Finnish and Spanish! We are looking forward to welcoming you soon!

After running a successful business for 20 years in Belgium in catering-delicatessen, Marc & Elly continued to be an excellent team as a couple and as partners in Spain. As born entrepreneurs they founded Los Arcos Realty in the heart of Fuengirola. Now almost 25 years later, they have built a wonderful and honorable reputation based upon their professionalism, honesty, transparency and excellent service, always going the extra mile, being there for their clients in a caring and personal way. Marc & Elly specialized in properties and land in the region of Mijas, Valtocado and Benalmadena, Capellania and Torrequebrada to later expand towards the rest of the Costa del Sol from Malaga to Sotogrande and even in the Malaga-East area and inland. Growing up in Germany, José returned to the roots of his family in Spain, where he started his own successful business, a cafeteria in Puebla Lucia in Fuengirola. Being the neighbor of Los Arcos Realty, Elly, Marc and the Los Arcos clients often had a coffee or a nice lunch in his establishment. A true friendship and respect on both sides developed. After being many years in the catering sector José decided to join Los Arcos Realty in 2018. Knowing the different urbanizations on the Costa del Sol for many years, being a true people’s person, a person of integrity with a lot of dedication to his profession, he became the ideal Los Arcos-team member.

Jouni grew up in Finland and became a dedicated show jumping rider. His love for horses and for a warmer climate brought him to the Costa del Sol in 2014. Together with his wife and son he ran a successful restaurant in Fuengirola with Scandinavian delicatessen. That is how Jouni became acquainted with Elly and Marc and Los Arcos Realty. Jouni sold his successful restaurant and decided to join Los Arcos Realty in 2020. He is a wonderful team member focusing especially on the Scandinavian market. Jouni is also specialized in equestrian properties, new developments and holiday rentals.

After a 10-year career in the media in Belgium, Christine moved to Southern Spain and started in real estate in the year 2000. In 2004 she joined Los Arcos Realty bringing in her expertise in new developments along the coast and beyond. Her enthusiasm for the Spanish life-style, this profession and finding the right property for each unique client, is clear. In 2014 she returned to Belgium to be there for her elderly parents and started her own holistic well-being project after years of practicing the science of yoga & ayurveda. In 2023 returned to Spain and rejoined the Los Arcos-family as a dedicated real estate expert and working as a well-being counselor. She loves the combination of both professions, making people feel at home in every aspect of their lives.
The Los Arcos-Team is a true happy family. Elly and Marc make sure there is a good work-life balance so everyone can practice their profession with enthusiasm, bringing in their own uniqueness, style and knowledge into the world of real estate.
